Delivery

Please allow up to 3 working days for your order to be despatched (not including weekends or bank holidays).

Due to the current COVID19 situation, deliveries may take longer than usual. We will do everything we can to ensure your order is shipped as quickly as possible, so please be patient with us.

We will send your order via Royal Mail 48 hour tracked and we will supply you with full tracking details via an email or text so please check your junk inbox as it may go in there.

To simplify our charging structure, there is a single p&p charge of £4.95 regardless of how much you order. This amount applies to UK mainland only. If you require shipping outside of the UK, please contact us to discuss, prior to placing your order. The customer will be responsible for all Importing Tax and Duty incurred.

For a limited period only, we are offering free p&p on all UK orders over £50. This offer is subject to change and may be withdrawn without prior notification at any time. We also offer a free click & collect service for local orders and our address details can be found on our ‘Contact Us’ page.

Eco Friendly

Where possible we will try to package your items using either eco friendly or re-cycled materials. Reuse. Reduce. Recycle.

Returns & Refunds

We hope that you will be happy with your purchase but if for any reason you are not, we can offer an exchange or full refund within 10 days of delivery (excluding original delivery charge).

If you would like to return the item to us, please ensure it is unused and in its original packaging. Please also make sure that the item(s) is protected for its journey as we cannot be held responsible for items which are lost or damaged in transit.

The cost for returning an item will be the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure items are returned using an insured and fully tracked service. If a returned item arrives back to us damaged, unfortunately we will not be able to refund you.

Each item goes through thorough quality checks before it is sent out to you, but should it arrive damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt so we can resolve this swiftly for you. We cannot be held responsible for damages reported after this period. We will also require photographs of the damages so we can claim back from the courier.
